Long before this villa became part of our journey, it has been lovingly known as Casa Tía Cai.
For years, it has welcomed families, friends, and travelers from around the world seeking a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of Costa Rica. It became more than a destination; it became the backdrop for reunions, celebrations, anniversaries, and quiet mornings overlooking the ocean, and sunsets that guests would remember long after returning home.
When Luke Wooten was entrusted with the opportunity to become the next steward of this remarkable property, he understood he was accepting the responsibility of caring for a place that already held countless cherished memories.
As Casa Tía Cai enters its next chapter as Station West: Practice Pura Vida, our vision is not to leave its past behind, but to build upon it. The spirit of hospitality, connection, and Pura Vida that has always made this place so special will always remain at its heart.

Who is station west?
Station West is a thriving recording studio complex in Music City - Nashville, TN.
Established in 1998 by Grammy award winning engineer and producer, Luke Wooten, Station West has enjoyed over 28 years of serving music's finest artists, songwriters and producers.
In 2024, Station West expanded operations into Costa Rica, bringing you
Station West: Practice Pura Vida.
